This is a heavy duty articulating wall mount. This mount features a wall plate bolt pattern that is 4" wide. Great for mounting into concrete or brick. For TVs 17" to 30" in size. Special Note: If mounting onto a 2x4 stud wall, you will have to build a modified plate that will allow the 4" wide bolt hole pattern of the wall plate to mount onto. The modified plate should be screwed into the 2x4 stud wall with lag bolts. Some customers have made there modified plate out of a piece of 2x6 board. They then painted the board before placing it on the wall.
Note: The wall plate is 4" wide and designed to screw into concrete or brick only. Do not mount to a single stud!
