This Ultra Slim Wall Mount is a unique and simple mounting solution dedicated for use with the Samsung UN46B8500 LED flat panel TVs. The Samsung Ultra Slim Mount lets you hang your Samsung TV on the wall just the way you would a picture frame. It's an innovative design that perfectly complements Samsung's latest ultra thin LED and ultra-thin plasma HDTVs by reducing the gap between the TV and the wall to just 0.6 inches. Two solid metal wall-mounted TV anchors act as picture frame hooks (not pictured). Two metal discs, connected by a sturdy cable, screw onto the back of your TV near the top. Two additional discs attach to the lower part of your set and serve as spacers.
Two people can then simply lift the TV up on the wall and slide it down until the wire catches on the anchors. One of the spacers has a metal prop that swings down to hold the TV out at an angle. This lets you easily make connections without having to also hold your TV away from the wall.Included with the kit are 2 fasteners which need to be fixed to the wall. It is recommended to use both fasteners and at minimum one fastener should be secured to an existing wall stud. If wall stud is not available, the proper supplied hardware must be used. The Ultra Slim Wall Mount can hold up to 110 lbs.
