Instructions were lacking as they are poorly written from grammar and technically inaccurate perspective and sentences were incomplete.   Referencing wrong screws and incomplete instructions would make in impossible to center the TV bracket to the wall mount  correctly.  The quality of the metal and design seem good so far and we enjoy the range of motion to meet our needs.

I have never provided a review of any product I have ever purchased. but this mount deserves a review.  I called and spoke with Jerry and told him about my limitations.  The TV needed to be stored vertically in a portrait position and it needed to extend out of the cabinet 24”.  This mount did it all and was very easy to install. The finished install is very clean and you would never expect a 50” TV coming out of this cabinet.  Fantastic solution!

Jerry was very helpful to us. We had a media cabinet built for our home renovation. We don’t watch tv often and didn’t want a large black tv interfering with our new renovation. We sent Jerry the specs and he found the perfect wall mount and suggested tv sizes to consider.

The mount fits the tv and works almost perfectly.  Seem to need to repeatedly adjust tension screws after using it in landscape mode  in order for portrait mode to be straight.  
The information and guidance from the staff as to which mounts we could purchase was EXCELLENT.  Very helpful.

I had a fairly interest mounting project where I wanted to mount the tv in portrait position on the wall when not in use and be able to pull it out and rotate it easily when using to save space.  
I was able to call Wall Mount World and Jerry picked up on the 2nd ring! I explained my project, he asked for the dimensions of the area and the tv and the next day he emailed me what I needed!
I ordered and when it came Jerry continued to support us with quick answers to questions when we started the project.
Jerry couldn't be nicer and it was such a personal, bespoke customer experience! I loved dealing with Wall Mount World and would highly recommend them!

I purchased one of WMW's  rotating wall mounts and installed it without any serious issues. I am now able to swivel, tilt, and more importantly, rotate my 38 lb 55 inch TV 90 degrees as needed with no effort on my part without having to first loosen and reset hardware. In addition, the mount is very well built and I do not see any droop when the mount arm is fully extended. (I was prepared to see some droop before purchasing the product.) The mount arrived quickly, with clear instructions on how to install, and the only call I had to make to the manufactured was answered promptly. So I am a happy camper with this product. It is exactly as I hoped it would be. I would definitely recommend this product.

I needed a TV mount that rotates 90 degrees. So I could store the 55" TV in "portrait" position.

The product featured by Wall Mount World had the best price for a mount that rotated (like I needed) and still articulated and tilted.

The mount is substantial metal and sound fabrication.

I called Wall Mount World to learn more after the mount received and had a great discussion that led to a spot on installation.

The product and the service exceeded expectations

I would 100% recommend this product and the seller!

I ordered this wall mount as my third attempt to find a “grab and spin” wall mount that worked as promoted in the helpful video on the site. I’m still waiting for instructions on how to return the second one I ordered that was not a “grab an spin” even though it was labeled “rotating”.

So overall this was the right solution, however there is still some sag to the arm. I'm wondering if there are any "tricks of the trade" solutions you are aware of  to keep the arm parallel to the floor.
Thank you for the quick response in getting me the product though, that was much appreciated.
