Shipping and Returns
Are custom made items returnable and refundable?
  The following items are not eligible for return nor a refund:

No returns or refunds on any and all Custom made mounting brackets, motorized or manually operated mounts, ceiling mounts or lifts of any style and their adapters.
No refund for payments made as down payment for any custom mount whether is motorized or manually operated mounts, ceiling mounts or lifts once order is placed.
Items at Wall Mount World are not sold on a trial basis.
Can I return a Bulk order?
  We do not allow returns on bulk orders. We feel that you should have researched the items or emailed us with questions prior to your purchased to gather the information needed to make a good decision whether an item will do what you need.
How long do I have to return an item?
 

If you need to file a return claim it must be done within 7 days of received. No returns are honored after 14 days of received.

What are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
  Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box some items. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us at [email protected]. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one.
If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. You may at your discression send us pictures of the items damage to assist us in the filing of the damage claim with the carrier. Please contact customer service at [email protected] for more information on receiving or returning a damaged item. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging. Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient. All claims for damage must be filed within 48 hours of received. No damage claims will be honored after 48 hours. I received the wrong product what do I do?
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will email or mail you a free Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost. All claims must be filed within 30 days of received. No returns are honored under any circumstances after 30 days.
When will my order ship?
 
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Each product on our websites has a pre-ship processing time, which is the number of business days it will take for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment from the warehouse or distribution center. Because our products are from manufacturers from all over North America, the pre-ship processing time will vary according to the individual manufacturer’s policies and general practices. For example, some warehouses will stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours, while other distribution centers might require 1 to 2 weeks. To give you an idea of when it will leave the warehouse, check the “Pre-Ship Processing Time” listed on the product information screen of the item you ordered.

Actual delivery of your order will then take the following additional amount of time to arrive depending on how your package is being shipped.

For small parcel shipments: Depending on where you live in relation to the shipping warehouse, after the product leaves the warehouse or distribution center, you will receive your item between 1 and 6 business for Fedex or UPS and 1 to 10 business days for USPS.

Expedited orders must enter our system by 10am CT for them to ship out the same day. If you requested any expedited services like 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, please note that this will not affect the pre-ship processing time in any way; it will still take the manufacturer the specified number of days to process and prepare your order before it leaves the warehouse.

Example 1 is for next day delivery:
**Your order enters our system by 10am CT on Monday. It will be picked up that same day and delivered on Tuesday.

Example 2 is for next day delivery:
**Your order enters our system at 2pm CT on Monday. It will be picked up Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday

For truck freight and truck freight – additional services shipments: After your order has been shipped, the item will be delivered in 3 to 10 days. If the item is being delivered to a residential address, an appointment for a delivery time will be made upon the arrival of your order at the local terminal. For deliveries to a commercial address, no appointment will be made.

For white glove freight shipments: Since extra steps are taken to ensure that your order is delivered in tiptop condition, delivery will take from 1 to 4 weeks, not including the pre-ship processing time it takes for it to leave the warehouse or distribution center. Even though your order is handled as carefully as possible throughout transit, we still require that each white glove order is inspected at the delivery agent before it is delivered to your door. You will be contacted by a delivery clerk to arrange a delivery time. Allow for a 2- to 5-hour block of time, Monday through Friday regular business hours; Saturday deliveries are made by special arrangement and are not always possible.

Estimated Shipping Dates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.

Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It's entirely possible for an item that hasn't shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.

Estimated Delivery Dates

To determine the date you'll receive your order, use the following calculation:

(Availability) + (Shipping Method*) = Estimated Delivery Date

*Shipping Method is defined as Standard Delivery, 1-Day Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, 3-Day etc.

Please note: there is no weekend delivery or pickup service for our 1-Day and 2-Day Delivery options.


What Standard Delivery Means

Standard Delivery takes 3-5 business days.

Example for standard delivery:
** Order enters our system by 12m CT on a Monday. The item will be picked up that same day which will not count as a travel day. The item travel time will start on Tuesday and if it was a 5 day travel time in this example it would not arrive until the following Monday.


What 1-Day 2-Day and 3-Day Shipping Means

Selecting either 1-day, 2-day or 3-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one or two days. Expedited orders like this must enter our system by 10am CT to ship out the same day. During Checkout, you’ll see the estimated ship date for your order on the "Place Order" page. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1-2 or 3 day shipping.
If you requested any expedited services like 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, please note that this will not affect the pre-ship processing time in any way; it will still take the manufacturer the specified number of days to process and prepare your order before it leaves the warehouse. See two examples below.

Example 1 is for next day delivery:
**Your order enters our system by 10am CT on Monday. It will be picked up that same day (if in stock) and delivered on Tuesday.

Example 2 is for next day delivery:
**Your order enters our system at 2pm CT on Monday. It will be picked up Tuesday (if in stock) and delivered on Wednesday.

The following items are not eligible for return nor a refund:

Any Custom made motorized or manually operated mounts, ceiling mounts or lifts of any style and their adapters are not returnable or refundable.
Payments made as down payment for any custom mount whether is motorized or manually operated mounts, ceiling mounts or lifts are not refundable once build has started.
Payments made as down payment of
Items returned without a valid RMA# sent to you by us.
Items that you return to us or one of our warehouses after the 14 days of received time period without a valid RMA# issued from us.
Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items or items purchased as open box.
Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
Due to risk of infectious diseases, items that purchased from our website for use in applications in the medical field such as hospitals, Dr offices, dental offices, treatment centers, outpatient facilities or any healthcare type facility.
Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
Bulk orders of 2 or more items or where order cost exceed $1000 for high ticket items
Please allow one week for return processing.
If an item is deemed defective see our Warranty Policy in out Help index. Warranty repair work will be handled by the items manufacturer. Warranty repair work is not handled under the return policy.
Items at Wall Mount World are not sold on a trial basis.

The following steps are for items purchased that are returnable and not listed above:
1.Please email [email protected] within 7 days of received to obtain a valid RMA# if you wish to return and item or items. Any mount that is custom made to order is not returnable, nor refundable.
2. All claims for an RMA# must be filed within 7 days of received. Absolutely No returns are honored after 14 days of received. That is why it is very important you open your product after received to make sure it fits your needs.
3. You are required to obtain a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization number) for returns other then custom made products which are not returnable or refundable; otherwise our shipping department automatically rejects the merchandise and no refund is issued. We will not ship back to you any rejected returns.
4. Any and all items that are returnable are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Which will be assessed at time of return based on item or items return condition.
5. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All Items returned that were sold under the context Free Shipping, regular ground are any type of expedited shipping will be charged the accessed outbound shipping charges for the order and are not refundable.
6. The RMA number provided must be printed clearly on the return label and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RMA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused.
7. Do not write on the box in any form or fashion. Only labels can be placed on the box. RMA numbers or any type of writing on box will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return or for a credit.
8. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.The item must be unused, If the item is returned and shows signs of use a refund will not be issued. If the item is returned and not in original packaging of the box and contents packaging the refund will not be issued.
9. Items that are returned to us that are damaged are non-refundable.
10. Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
11. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. This may be our main office or to a distribution center.
12. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return.It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit. Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling.
13. We will issue a credit within 30 days to the credit card used for the original purchase. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund.
14. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you.
15. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.
16. Absolutely No returns after 14 days of delivery.

Personal Data: Please remove all personal data from any returned products. Wall Mount World is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.
