Order Status
Undeliverable Packages
 
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges outbound and inbound).
  • Outbound is shipments sent out from us to you.
  • Inbound is shipments which are sent back to us.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
 
If the address is undeliverable due to our error, we will reship the item back to you or refund your money.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Has my order shipped?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
 
On certain items it may take us 2 business days to process orders shipped via Standard Shipping method, and 1 business day to process orders shipped via 1 day, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipping methods.
Shipping Options
Wall Mount World offers three shipping options for most in-stock products within the U.S.: Standard, Expedited and Express.

 
 
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
 

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Risk of loss is upon Customer once wallmountworld.com delivers the Product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and wallmountworld.com shall not be liable for delays. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at [email protected] for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Additional info:
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different fulfillment centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. Visit the relevant order summary in Your Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.

All claims must be filed within 30 days of received. No claims will be honored after 30 days.
My product is missing parts.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please email us at [email protected] for assistance. We may ask you for the model number on the box that you recieved to confirm that this is the correct item you ordered. We will ship out the replacement parts within 24 ot 48 hours. All claims must be made with 30 days of received. No claims will be honored after 30 days of received.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
