Motorized Ceiling Mount Overview

This new Motorized Extended Travel Inverted TV Lift is a vertical ceiling lift that allows a 90" Flat Screen Television to be concealed in a ceiling void and lowered straight down 84" for viewing. The lid (not included) at the ceiling is a spring hinge operated kit which completes the automated appearance when the unit is returned back into the ceiling. Once your TV is fully lowered you may then raise or lower the unit to any desired height.

Space required above ceiling for mount and TV stored in attic or ceiling: 95-3/4" L x 58-3/4" H x 10-1/4" D2
Typically the unit hangs from all thread that is connected to ceiling above. Make sure structure can support the load be applied with the unit weight of 240 lbs + TV weight.
The bracket does not come with any cabinet enclosure to conceal the back of the TV or a lid to be used at the ceiling. Based on type of ceiling you will attach it to the lid spring operated adapter mechanism supplied.
Keep all moving parts concealed from dust, debris other foreign objects or pests that could damage electrical and moving parts.
Do not allow children or anyone to hang from mechanism when lowered or during any movement. Keep away from pinch points
Make sure you have an access panel to attic where the mount is stored to perform and troubleshooting or maintenance repairs that may arise.
Have installer put cable management system close to either end of the unit for easier access when lowered. Something that they can reach from the end if the need should arise.
