Description
 
This custom made to order Motorized flip down ceiling mount bracket fits most 75" - 80" flat screen TVs that weigh under 150 lbs. The lift can specifically accommodate TVs that are 72" wide by 42" high (outside dimensions). This is the perfect mount when it is used for ceiling installations in the home or office to keep the TV hidden above when not in use.

The closed top design of the mounting bracket allows for TVs up to 3.5" when there is a ceiling above otherwise up to 5" TV depth for open design above without any structure for mount to recess back to up position.

Notes:
1. The bracket when mounted will show metal framing and parts. For a nice clean look installed it will require trim around all four sides of frame and on lid to conceal the TV and overhead structure when closed.

2. Maximum TV weight capacity is 150 lbs. If your TV weighs more than 150 lbs or not sure email us your make or model to confirm fit or to custom make the correct mount for you.
