Motorized Ceiling Mount Overview

This new Motorized flip down TV ceiling mount allows a 60" - 75" TV to be mounted below or above ceiling. The unit allows the TV to swing down then lower 48 inches or to desired height and to then rotate 180 degrees for viewing in opposite room.

Installation Note:
1. Space required above ceiling for mount and TV stored in up position:
TV height + 20.25"
TV width + 8.25"
Unit thickness closed 11.0" (Max TV thickness 4.0")
2. The bracket does not come with any cabinet enclosure or lid.
3. Keep all moving parts concealed from dust debris and other foreign objects that could damage electrical and moving parts.
4. Do not allow children or anyone to hang from mechanism when lowered or during any movement. Keep away from pinch points
