Sony XBR-43X800E 43" TV adjustable tilting wall mount. The wall plate mounts to wall studs that are 16" on center. The wall mount comes with tension screws that allow you to set the force to adjust the tilt angle based on the TVs weight.

The wall mount arrived promptly.  All parts, plus extra bolts, were all accounted for in the package.  The wall mount is sturdy and well made.  I am very happy with this product.
