I got these VERY quickly after I ordered them.

Of course, I only had to order them since I made a mistake when mounting the original mount (the mount itself is GREAT). They helped me trouble-shoot / solve the issue (raise TV using bigger VESA vertical arms), and now the mounted TV is great!

They were very helpful answering questions about the original mount too. Very happy with my experience.
