After researching and then searching for a wall mount that would work with my TV I found a great one for a great price and ordered it from wallmountworld.com.  About 5 minutes after I ordered the mount I was called by wall mount world because I had only put a PO box # for shipment... We cleared it all up and I got my wall mount a week later (if that).

Thank you so much for shipping us our wall mount! The package came promptly and I could not believe how heavy it was but good thing because our tv is a beast. The instructions and included hardware was easy to use, aside from it saying to use a 7/16 and it was actually a 1/2 inch socket.  It took us about 25 minutes from opening the box to tv on the wall and boy is it ever on there good. Thank you again,

Kit worked great.  Instructions need to be rewritten.  Great help from Jerry for installation.

I think the instructions would have been clearer if the pictures were larger.  But between my brother and me, we got it figured out and put together with little effort.  One tricky part was that it was hard to screw the bolts into the mount, maybe because of the coat of paint.  Had to push to get them started, but then they moved easily.   The mount attaches to two wall studs, which makes it very sturdy.  It's easy to move the tv on the articulating arm - I have my tv facing away from a corner.  I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend the mount.

We bought the above wall mount and were very happy with its sturdiness, versatility, and flexibility of movement.
Unfortunately we were not provided with the template that was supposed to be included, which made the job of installing more difficult.  Also, when the small print instructions called for a 7/16ths socket, in reality it required a 1/2" socket.  The instructions were written in very small print, which may have been easy for some to read, but, for us, even with reading glasses, was not.  It took us a longer amount of time to install the mount, but when we finished, it worked very well, and we are very pleased.  It worked perfectly with our Samsung 43" plasma TV, so, all in all, it is an awesome mount, but we were a little disappointed with the instructions, and the omission of the template.

Great customer service!! Shipped and arived in less than 7 days.  Building a new house and it will be put above my fireplace.  Therefore, I cannnot comment on functionality yet or I would probably be giving it 5 stars.

Very happy with the item. Tried to buy local. No one had anything I could use. Went online and the reviews for this company were so I high I decided to order from them. The quality was much more than I expected.  Gerry was was willing to help me several times with fast e-mails. Found another way to mount the TV. Found what I needed. Could not have been easier to order. Mounted in one hour. Thank you so much.

These people are awesome!  Answered all my questions, down sold me a cheaper model. Told me I didn't need the expensive one I called about. Then they went out of their way to have it overnighted to me AFTER closing hours!

the product is heavy duty and a great value for the price - others at least double the cost.  it is the only durable product that has the closest flush mount that i have found.  it shipped the same day as ordered and when i had a question the customer service line was answered promply.
