Motorized Ceiling Mount Overview

This is a custom made to order motorized 90 degree flip down ceiling mount for Samsung QM98T 98" Commercial 4K displays that allows it to be mounted below or above ceiling.

Mounting requirements:
Fit VESA 800x400mm mounting holes
Support 182.90 lbs
display dimensions 86.4" x 49.2" x 2.8"

Installation Note:
1. Rough estimate space required above ceiling for mount and TV stored in up position. Once confirmed model number trechnical drawing based on TV model will be provided.:

2. The bracket does not come with a upper cabinet enclosure lid.

3. If mounting under the ceiling you will have to trim out around mount to conceal uniy

4. Keep all moving parts concealed from dust debris and other foreign objects that could damage electrical and moving parts.

5. Do not allow children or anyone to hang from mechanism when lowered or during any movement. Keep away from pinch points
