I love this mount. I was looking for the perfect mount to be able to rotate but also be strong enough to hold a 55 inch tv and this mount is perfect!

4 of 5 Clear instructions, but missing key lag bolts. December 31, 2018

Kit included 5/16" lag bolts when  1/4" were needed on the main plate. M8 washers were used on the M6 bolts attaching the adapter rails to the TV as the M6 washers would fall in between the holes. But, it's still secure.

The bolts mating the arm to the TV plate had resistance turning. There may be some paint or powdercoating on the threads. It still goes in with hand strength, so not too much to worry about.

For my 300mm x 300mm 65" Sony TV mount (still within weight rating), the adapter rails can't center perfectly on the arm (off by an inch or so horizontally). It ended up looking fine on my wall, but may mess with the OCD of some. If you want things perfectly centered, I would recommend you go with the dual-stud version where you have more adjustability.

Rotation is simple and tension is preset from the factory, but tension can be locked or adjusted by turning some bolts as indicated in the instructions.

The factory was very helpful in figuring out which mount to order for the tough job of fitting a large screen TV in my corner cabinet.  The arm works great and workmanship is high quality.

Overall, this mount saved my "life." I have a beautiful hand built entertainment center that only was 34" wide with doors. This mount enabled me to position the 50" flat screen TV vertically (portrait) inside the box with the doors closed and then upon pulling it out, rotate it to horizontal (landscape) to have a much larger viewing area.  Instructions were well written, all materials well labeled and emails to WMW (Jerry) were quickly answered. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has an unusual mounting issue. Andrew

Just the perfect mount for a typical Sony bravia.  Rather than have a whole new custom cabinet made to switch from my old 35 inch tube TV, this easily mounted to the rear cabinet wall and to the stud behind.  Now as extended the landscape Sony is in perfect position.  Rotate it 90 degrees and it fits inside the cabinet and allows the cabinet doors to close.  No expensive custom cabinet making!  very pleased.  One note:  make sure the mounting braces will not obscure the inputs on the back of the monitor!

Fast shipping, good packaging. After installation I greased the screw and arc that allowed for the 90 degree rotation so that it wouldn't wear out.  It has been operating flawlessly and is very easy to maneuver with an 80 pound LED TV hanging on it.

I was expecting shopping to take much longer but it was just two days.  This mount was exactly what we wanted in that it tilts and extends but also rotates to a full portrait position so we could store the TV in a closed cabinet.  So far it is exactly what we had in mind.
