Motorized Ceiling Mount Overview

Motorized 90 degree flip down TV ceiling mount that lowers vertically 48 inches and allows a 85" TV to be mounted below or above ceiling. With limited ceiling space or in a high-rise condo, transforming any space with a home theater system is simple with a flip-down style ceiling TV mount. This mount require a little over 9 inches of space above the ceiling and are well hidden when the TV lift is not dropped down.

Installation Note:
1. Space required above ceiling for mount and TV stored in up position:
  • 75.0" + 6.25" = 81.25" or (TV height + 6.25")
  • 43.6" + 6.25" = 49.85" or (TV width + 6.25")
  • Unit thickness closed 9-1/4"
2. The bracket does not come with any cabinet enclosure or lid.
3. Keep all moving parts concealed from dust debris and other foreign objects that could damage electrical and moving parts.
4. Do not allow children or anyone to hang from mechanism when lowered or during any movement. Keep away from pinch points

Buyer Note:
1. Because it is custom built to order be sure to specify at checkout on order comments section make and model TV to be mounted.
2. If TV is treated then 3-1/2" thick contact us prior to purchase for a custom quote based TV with a greater depth being used.
3. This unit will not fit most curved TVs contact prior to purchase if you are planning on using curved TV.
