Cheaply made October 9, 2011

This arm is very cheaply made.  The cable routing holes had all been powder-coated over, both tilt adjustment knobs broke off (literally falling to the floor), and the base-metal mounting lag screws stripped in the first few turns (after properly pre-drilling the studs.)
